Frankfurt Book Fair 2015 was an ideal launchpad for our Magento-based eCommerce solution for print-on-demand maps. The eCommerce module provides custom & print on demand map products through MapSherpa’s system. Online map retailers can now offer these maps to their customers from within their store.
Frankfurt Book Fair is the world’s largest book fair where NextByte Technologies has been exhibiting since 2012. This year was a good opportunity to showcase some of our recent projects and upcoming ecommerce services to map publishers, distributors and retailers across the globe. The response was very positive with few new agreement signed up for deployment of the new custom maps & print on demand service.
We also launched recently developed Magento based eCommerce website for GlobalMapping.uk.com. The site hosts maps, data sets and custom map solutions from the award winning UK based map publisher Global Mapping.
